Expert veterinary advice, without leaving your home
The Agria app is available to all of our Lloyds Pet Insurance customers. The app gives you access to expert advice 24/7 via video call, and can be booked same day, or up to 4 weeks in advance. It is available for download from your preferred app store and works on smartphones and smart device.

How to download the Agria app

Search 'Agria' in your app store
Or use the buttons below (if you're on your device) to go straight to the app in your preferred app store. Once you've found it in the app store, click the Agria app to download it.

Enter your details
You'll need to sign up the first time you access the app. After this, you can login with your email and password.

You're done!
Once you're in, you'll have expert veterinary advice at your finger tips. You can also login to your My Account from here to access your policy details.

Does your pet seem unwell?
The Agria app is there for you so you can get expert advice from a vet whenever you have a question or concern about your pet's health. Here are a few examples of scenarios where you might use it:
Have you noticed a change to your pet?
Has your pet's appearance or behaviour changed?
Does your pet have mild symptoms?
Is your pet itchy? Do they have a poorly tummy or a cough?
Have they eaten something?
Unsure whether a certain food or plant is safe for your pet?
If your pet has an acute illness or injury, or you think your pet might need immediate medical attention for any reason, always contact your usual (or nearest) vet practice straight away!
Note that the Agria app service does not include diagnostic or prescription services.
